This policy outlines our commitment to your satisfaction and the process for addressing any concerns you may have regarding the quality of our cleaning service.
💯 Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to providing exceptional cleaning services. If you are not completely satisfied with any area we have cleaned, simply notify us within 24 hours of the service completion time.
We will re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional charge to you.
The re-cleaning will be scheduled as promptly as possible, usually within 2 business days of receiving your notification.
A full or partial refund will only be considered if, after the re-clean, you are still dissatisfied with the quality of the service provided in the disputed area(s).
🚨 Reporting a Problem (Claims Procedure)
To ensure your claim is valid and handled quickly, please follow these steps:
Notification Window: You must contact us by phone or email within 24 hours of the service completion. Claims reported after this 24-hour window may not be eligible for a re-clean or refund.
Provide Details: Clearly describe the specific area(s) and nature of the unsatisfactory cleaning. Photos are highly encouraged to help us understand the issue.
Allow Access: You must allow us access back into your home or business premises within the specified timeframe to assess the issue and perform the necessary re-clean.
🚫 Exclusions (What is Not Covered)
The Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover the following:
Failure to Follow Instructions: Issues arising from not accurately following the service scope (e.g., requesting a light clean when a deep clean was needed).
Existing Damage/Wear: Wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or issues unrelated to the quality of our cleaning work.
Items/Areas Not Included: Areas that were not part of the originally agreed-upon scope of work.
Complaints Not Reported Timely: Any complaints reported after the 24-hour notification window.
Refusal to Allow Re-clean: If you refuse to allow us to return and re-clean the area(s) of concern, you forfeit the right to a refund.
